Hello! I’m Mersini, the baker behind The Cupcake Bunch and clearly a sucker for puns. You see, I’m a sugar fiend, always looking at the dessert menu first, always experimenting in the kitchen, I bet my dentist loves me. 

At the onset of the pandemic, I was eating my weight in dessert and found I had a lot of free time. So I started a side hustle (as you do). I taught myself how to pipe buttercream flowers and soon realised that I absolutely loved it!

Not only do I love what I do, it brings me so much joy to be a part of someone’s special day or to be involved in creating a gift that will make someone smile.
