Yes! Delivery is available Sydney wide, check the individual product pages and pop in a postcode to see if your suburb is included.

Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream is the only option at the moment.

Yes, you can make colour and flower changes the week prior to your delivery however please note that size changes (i.e. increasing the number of cupcakes) is dependent on availability and will incur a cost. Send an email to info@thecupcakebunch.com.au to discuss or send us a quick note via the Contact Us form.

The delivery timeframe is confirmed the day before delivery. You can request a delivery time frame on your enquiry form and we will do our best to accommodate.

The delivery driver will contact the mobile number you entered as part of your order, however if no contact is made, cupcakes cannot be left outside the premises and will be returned to The Cupcake Bunch. You can organise to pick them up or delivery will need to be rescheduled on another date (costs may apply).

As the cupcakes are piped using buttercream, please ensure the cold AC is on and running for some time before collecting your order. Keep out of direct sunlight and when transporting cupcakes yourself ensure they have been in the fridge beforehand. Travelling with room temperature cupcakes will likely cause damage. Boxed cupcakes can be placed on a seat however its recommended that the bouquets are held by a passenger (held at the base and not against your body). The Cupcake Bunch will not be held accountable for any damages which may occur after cupcakes have been collected.

Cupcakes are best stored in the fridge and will last approximately 3-4 days. They are best eaten at room temperature so pop them out of the fridge a few hours before consuming and keep out of direct sunlight.

At this point in time no, however it’s something that will be offered in the future.

Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable. Refunds and postponements (subject to availability) will be allowed if your delivery/pick up date is greater than 2 weeks from the date of your cancellation request. Refunds or postponements will not be allowed where the delivery/pick up date is less than 2 weeks from the date of your cancellation request.
